EIC-Asia Workshop on QCD and Hadron Structure 2026 — Academia Sinica, Taipei

Table of contents
Workshop: EIC-Asia Workshop on QCD and Hadron Structure
Venue: Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan
Dates: April 29 – May 1, 2026
Mode: In person
I attended the EIC-Asia Workshop on QCD and Hadron Structure hosted at the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica, Taipei. The workshop brought together experts in experiments, phenomenology, and lattice calculations relevant to the upcoming Electron-Ion Collider (EIC).
About the Workshop
The Electron-Ion Collider will significantly enhance our understanding of hadron structure. This workshop aimed to bring together researchers working on various aspects of QCD and hadron structure, with topics including:
- Lattice QCD and hadron structure
- Probing meson and nucleon structures at EIC
The workshop featured invited presentations from leading researchers including Constantia Alexandrou (The Cyprus Institute), Wen-Chen Chang (Academia Sinica), Luigi Del Debbio (U. of Edinburgh), Tanja Horn (Catholic U. America), Zhongbo Kang (UCLA), Yang Li (USTC), Tianbo Liu (Shandong U.), Valentin Moos (National Yang Ming Chiao Tung U.), Michael Murray (U. of Kansas), Robert Perry (MIT), and Alberto Ramos (U. of Valencia).
