Abstract
This work presents model-based constraints on the transverse momentum-dependent parton distributions (TMDs) of the proton. The study investigates the spin structure and three-dimensional parton content of the proton using light-front model calculations, providing predictions relevant for ongoing and future experiments at the EIC and fixed-target facilities.
